Wargrave join in the festive fun

Staff and pupils from Wargrave House School and College in Newton-le-Willows have been joining in the festive season with a series of events.

The school held a day of Christmas festivities that included a Christmas market. Each Post 16 class made Christmas gifts to sell and classes from school and college were able to visit the stalls and buy those last minute gifts for family and friends.

The students then joined together in various teams to play a remote game of bingo.

Tara Thomas, teaching support assistant at Wargrave said: “The atmosphere was lovely and everyone enjoyed a covid safe day.”
