Silver lining for Altbridge

Altbridge School, Huyton celebrated 25 years of teaching in the community with a fabulous event which was attended by parents, governors the community and a host of ex-teachers.
Headteacher, Mr Kerwin said: “The pupils had a great time preparing food and events for the guests as well as assisting on the day.
“This lends to the ethos defined by Altbridge which has its roots in the generations of staff that have given a tremendous amount of time, energy and enthusiasm to ensure SEN youngsters achieve their potential.
“It was really good to see so many of them arrive to celebrate the event and indeed testament to their continued attachment to an outstanding school!
“Our thanks go to all associated with the school for the partnership working that has enabled our youngsters to continue to make a positive contribution to our ever changing society”.
