Develop the skills, knowledge and confidence that you need to lead a high-performing team in a school and to improve classroom practice.
The National Professional Qualification (NPQ) Leadership Courses are designed to support leaders at different stages of their career.
The qualifications allow teachers to develop, improve and sustain high-quality teaching within a team and identify strategies to help close gaps in attainment.
Justine Greening, secretary of state for education, announced the new “gold standard” NPQs earlier this year.
“NPQs should have the same kudos as MBAs do in business,” she said. “I want them to be recognised outside of the teaching profession to show individuals that hold them have high quality leadership skills.”
Experts in education, School Improvement Liverpool has an established reputation as one of the leading service providers in the North West. Its products and services enable schools, academies, nurseries and other settings to be the very best they can be.
Malik Killen, chief executive of School Improvement Liverpool, says: “We are delighted to announce the launch of our accredited National Professional Qualification (NPQ) Leadership Courses.
“These courses give teachers access to high-quality professional development that makes a real difference to teaching practice and leadership. Our aim is to challenge and enable schools and other settings to be the best they can be, and these programmes do just that. The NPQ Leadership courses are designed to stimulate, build knowledge and promote change and improvement in leadership behaviours.”
