DCM Surfaces named as new sponsor for the Educate Awards

We’re delighted to announce that DCM Surfaces will sponsor the “Outstanding Commitment to Sports in a Primary School” category at this year’s Educate Awards.

The awards, held in the stunning Liverpool Cathedral on 21^st November, aims to shine a spotlight on the innovative education in Merseyside and celebrate all the hard work and dedication of teachers, students and schools.

The Leigh based company is the leading installer of safety surfacing and outdoor decorative surfacing within the UK with nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry. Its main area of expertise is safety surfacing, which is a type of surfacing used for nurseries and schools. It provides schools with this in order to protect children from injury in case they slip, trip or fall when playing. DCM Surfaces will be sponsoring the “Outstanding Commitment to Sports in a Primary School” category which looks for schools that can demonstrate outstanding sporting skills and opportunities for students to be active on a regular basis through teaching, coaching, extracurricular activities and partnerships.
