College’s field of poppies
As an act of remembrance Archbishop Beck Catholic College are honouring the memory of all the brave men and women who fell during the First World War and also in the many conflicts that have followed.
The schools art department has been busy creating this year’s Remembrance display and has created a ‘Flanders Field’ of poppies beside the entrance to the College.
Staff and students contributed plastic bottles which have now been transformed into over 200 poppies to commemorate our war dead.
