Another outstanding year for St John Bosco Arts College
This year marked another record breaking year for St John Bosco Arts College, Croxteth as 80% of pupils achieve grades A*-C. This marks the ninth consecutive year of improvement for the school.
A large number of students have secured places at the university of their choice.
A special mention goes to Rosie Schofield who has secured a place at Durham University to study Anthropology and to Chloe English who has received a coveted place at prestigious theatre school, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
Students are going on to a number of higher education, training and work options, with student’s securing places at some of the UK’s leading universities, including Durham University, The University of Liverpool, Lancaster University and LAMDA.
Headteacher Darren Gidman, said: “We are thrilled that so many St John Bosco sixth formers have achieved so highly.
“The A-level results are a testament to the student’s dedication and hard working attitude, the high quality of teaching here and the outstanding individual support we offer students to reach their true potential. Congratulations to all our students!”
