5, A play inspired by The Fifth Element

Set in the 23rd century the play follows the journey of taxi driver Korben Dallas and Leeloo, as she searches for the other four elements to save the Earth from The Great Evil. Inspired by Luc Besson’s film The Fifth Element, 5 is at heart a love story.

Directed by Andrew Hall, 5 will encompass a range of dance styles as well as original music. Visiting professional choreographers who specialise in different genres will contribute to the performance. Forging all aspects of dancers’ training as artists, these choreographers will truly reveal LIPA’s final year students’ versatility. Performed by third-year LIPA Dance students.
